The primary aim of Leicestershire Rural Housing Association is the provision of affordable homes for those in need within the villages of Leicestershire, a task which commenced in November 2002.
The Mission of the Association is a simple one, and is as follows:
"Leicestershire Rural Housing Association exists to provide affordable housing within rural Leicestershire. It works closely with District and Parish Councils in order to ensure that its developments meet proven needs and have the support of local people.
Leicestershire Rural Housing Association will explore every opportunity to meet these needs within affordability levels and to improve the service it provides to tenants."
Midlands Rural Housing provides housing management and maintenance services to Leicestershire Rural Housing Association.
