Maintenance
Midlands Rural Housing does not own or develop homes for rent or sale in its own right. It provides a variety of development and management services to our partner Housing Associations, who meet local housing needs directly.
Midlands Rural Housing provide a high standard of maintenance services to all of there rented properties. A number of agreements with local contractors maintain all of the associations properties to a high standard throughout the region.
We ensure service standards are met, including target time and codes of conduct, which are all monitored by the maintenance officers. Any queries or complaints with regards to maintenance are dealt with by the customer care or maintenance teams.
