Housing Management
The staff at MRH manage over 1,200 homes for our Housing Association partners. This specialist management of rural housing stock is available to any Housing Association, or developer, throughout our area of operation, and our clearly defined performance standards ensure consistently high levels of service.
Neighbourhood Management
Linked with the management service is our on-going commitment to supporting and engaging with the communities where we work. We conduct regular scheme surgeries where residents are invited to contribute to, and participate in, the issues that affect them.
MRH has further enhanced this commitment to customers by joining a national alliance of Housing Associations – iN Business for Neighbourhoods.
This means:

Maintenance
An integral element of managing housing stock is the provision of maintenance services. Midlands Rural Housing has a number of agreements with local contractors operating in the rural areas throughout the region. Again, we have high performance requirements that are closely monitored, along with target times and codes of conduct to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
